Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admission Counselor at Blitz Academy Pvt Ltd, located in Bengaluru. The Admission Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process, providing counseling on course offerings, and addressing student inquiries effectively. The role involves communicating with potential students and their families, assisting with enrollment procedures, and maintaining accurate student records. Additionally, the Admission Counselor will work to meet enrollment targets by following up on leads and engaging in outreach activities.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills for engaging with prospective students and their families.
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Sales to handle inquiries and meet enrollment goals effectively.
- Experience or knowledge in the Education sector, with the ability to recommend courses based on student aspirations and career goals.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A positive and approachable attitude with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
- Prior experience in admissions or counseling roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software is a plus.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any discipline, with a focus on communication or education being beneficial.
