Job Description

The Admission Counsellor plays a key role in driving enrolments by engaging with prospective parents, managing the lead pipeline, coordinating internally to ensure service readiness, and supporting caregiver onboarding. The role requires a customer-first approach, strong coordination abilities, and consistent follow-through to achieve enrolment targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Management: Respond to and follow up on prospective parent enquiries across multiple platforms in a timely manner.
  • Admissions Guidance: Clearly explain program offerings, fee structures, and the complete onboarding process to parents.
  • Enrolment Support: Guide parents through each stage of the enrolment journey to ensure smooth closure.
  • CRM Management: Update, track, and maintain accurate lead data in the CRM system, preferably Salesforce.
  • Pipeline Tracking: Monitor enquiry status, ensure regular follow-ups, and drive closure of open leads.
  • Internal Coordination: Coordinate with HR and Operations teams to confirm caregiver availability and service readiness.
  • Caregiver Coordination: Interact with shortlisted caregivers, share relevant parent and location details, and assess suitability.
  • Scheduling & Alignment: Arrange and schedule calls between parents, caregivers, and Operations teams to ensure mutual alignment.
  • Onboarding Support: Confirm caregiver acceptance and coordinate next steps for onboarding and deployment.
  • Target Achievement: Work towards achieving assigned monthly admission and enrolment targets.
  • Data Management: Collect, organize, and maintain enquiry and conversion data systematically for reporting purposes.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline
  • 2–3 years of experience in admissions, customer service, or similar roles
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, with Salesforce being preferred
  • Strong follow-up discipline, attention to detail, and goal-oriented mindset
