Job Description: Business Development Manager – Franchise Sales

Job Summary:
• As a Business Development Manager (Franchise Sales), you will be a key driver in MultiFit's aggressive expansion strategy. You will be responsible for the end-to-end franchise sales cycle—from identifying and qualifying potential investors to onboarding them as successful franchise partners. This role requires a high-energy individual who can blend sales expertise with relationship management to scale our network across Tier-1 and Tier-2 cities while maintaining the premium standards of the MultiFit brand.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively generate and qualify leads through digital marketing, fitness industry events, cold outreach, and referrals.
• Discovery & Needs Assessment: Conduct initial discovery calls to understand a prospect's financial capability, business goals, and alignment with the MultiFit philosophy.
• Presentations & Meetings: Present the MultiFit franchise opportunity through compelling sales presentations, site visits, and face-to-face meetings.
• Deal Closure & Compliance: Guide prospective partners through the Due Diligence process, including legal agreements, compliance standards, and financial disclosures.
• CRM & Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized sales pipeline in the CRM, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-ups with all leads.
• Broker & Consultant Relations: Build and nurture strong relationships with franchise brokers, real estate consultants, and industry influencers to expand the lead funnel.
• Onboarding Support: Collaborate with the operations and projects teams to support new franchisees during the pre-opening phase, including site selection guidance.
• Market Intelligence: Analyze regional market data and competitor activity to provide insights for territory development and sales strategy optimization.

Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Masters/ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven experience in franchise sales, business development, or high-value B2B sales (experience in the fitness or wellness industry is a plus).

• Sales Excellence: A consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing complex deals.
• Financial Literacy: Strong understanding of business models, ROI calculations, and financial analysis to help prospects understand the investment potential.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate with diverse stakeholders.
• Organization: Strong time-management skills and proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with franchise regulations, disclosure requirements, and the Indian fitness market landscape.

Location: Multifit Wellness Pvt. Ltd.- Kalyani Nagar, Pune
Remuneration: 30k to 35k
