Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound student inquiries and convert leads into successful enrollments.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs and career paths.
- Conduct product consultations via phone, email, and walk-ins.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address student queries effectively.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up with leads through CRM tools to ensure timely conversions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for students.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 13 years of EdTech experience (inside sales/tele-counseling preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Ability to handle walk-in inquiries confidently.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
