Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admission Counselor based in delhi. The Admission Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, including providing detailed information about programs, conducting one-on-one consultations, and assisting with applications. Tasks include addressing inquiries, ensuring smooth communication with students and parents, and collaborating with internal teams to meet enrollment goals. The counselor will play a key role in representing EMPI and fostering positive relationships with prospective students.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills to effectively engage with prospective students and their families.
- Customer Service experience and a student-centric approach to support applicants through the admission process.
- Knowledge and interest in the Education sector, particularly in higher education and management studies, to convey information effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and meet enrollment objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in any field, with a preference for experience in counseling, education, or sales roles.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
