Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role located in Noida Uttar Pradesh, India, for an Admission Counselor. The Admission Counselor will engage with students and professionals to guide them through enrollment processes and assist in selecting suitable courses. The role emphasizes providing exceptional customer service, communicating program details effectively, and helping prospective learners make informed decisions regarding their education and career goals. Additional responsibilities may include collaborating with other departments and contributing to the academy's growth through admissions initiatives.

- Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills to effectively engage with prospective students and build trust
- Customer Service skills with the ability to provide support and address inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Sales and closing skills to guide prospective learners through the enrollment process
- Understanding of Education and training programs to provide informed and tailored recommendations
- Passion for advising and supporting learners in their academic and career pursuits
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background
- Prior experience in admissions, counseling, or a related field is a plus
- Proficiency in relevant business and communication tools
