Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admissions Counselor based in Noida. The Admissions Counselor will assist prospective students by providing personalized career guidance, assessing academic profiles, and suggesting suitable MBA programs. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with students, delivering counseling sessions, answering inquiries, coordinating with partnered institutions, and supporting students throughout the application and admission process. Building strong relationships with students and institutions while ensuring a seamless counseling experience is a critical part of the role.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal communication and written communication skills
  • Customer service skills with the ability to address inquiries and offer solutions to students effectively
  • Sales skills, including the ability to guide potential students towards selecting appropriate educational programs
  • Understanding of educational processes and a passion for helping students achieve academic and career success
  • Proven ability to build positive rapport with clients and maintain professional relationships
  • High level of organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of MBA programs, entrance exams, and admission processes is preferred
  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in Education, Counseling, or related field is advantageous
