Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admission Counselor located in Noida. Responsibilities include guiding and assisting prospective candidates with educational program enrollment, managing inquiries through various communication channels, and providing exceptional customer support. The role involves counseling students on course details, corresponding with potential learners, ensuring proper follow-ups, and meeting admission targets. The Admission Counselor will act as a key point of contact for enrollees, maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and program success.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills to engage effectively with prospective students and stakeholders
• Experience in Sales and Customer Service to manage inquiries and convert leads into enrollments
• Background in or knowledge of the Education sector to assist candidates in selecting suitable programs
• Capability to achieve targets, strong organizational skills, and ability to work independently while collaborating in a team environment
• Proficiency in handling clients professionally with a motivated and approachable demeanor
• Additional experience in higher education or EdTech industry is beneficial
• Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree in any field
