Role Overview

We are hiring an Admission Counsellor to manage end-to-end admissions conversations and drive conversions across the funnel.

This is an individual contributor role (no team management). The candidate will be responsible for owning their pipeline, conversion targets, and delivering a high-quality student and parent experience.

Key Responsibilities

Admissions Counselling

  • Handle student and parent conversations from first interaction to enrollment
  • Conduct need assessment and eligibility discussions
  • Explain program structure, outcomes, timelines, and policies clearly
  • Guide applicants through application, offer, and enrollment stages

Funnel & Conversion Management

  • Own conversion metrics across:
  • Lead Application
  • Offer Acceptance (O2A)
  • Acceptance Enrollment
  • Manage stalled cases and fence-sitters
  • Ensure timely follow-ups aligned with admission deadlines

Parent & Student Experience

  • Handle parent-facing conversations confidently
  • Address concerns around ROI, placements, and career outcomes
  • Maintain a consultative approach focused on program fit

Process & CRM Management

  • Maintain accurate CRM updates
  • Follow communication and compliance standards
  • Ensure proper documentation across the admission lifecycle

Eligibility Criteria

  • 24 years of experience in:
  • Admissions Counselling
  • Education Sales
  • High-ticket Inside Sales (Consultative)
  • Strong experience handling parent conversations
  • Experience working with targets and structured sales funnels
  • Proficiency in CRM systems
