Role Description

The Admission Counsellor involves guiding prospective students through the admission process by providing detailed information about the courses offered, addressing their queries, and assisting them in choosing appropriate training programs. The responsibilities include effective communication with prospective students and delivering exceptional customer support. The counsellor is expected to understand participants needs, provide advice and information about Digital Vidya's offerings, and facilitate an excellent and smooth admission process.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills to engage effectively with prospective students and collaborators.
• Familiarity with the Education industry and the ability to understand academic and career-oriented requirements is highly desirable.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple inquiries efficiently.
• Proficiency in using remote communication tools and CRM software is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and deliver outcomes.
• Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
