Admission Counsellor

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective students via calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions
• Understand student requirements and suggest suitable courses/programs
• Follow up with leads and maintain a strong conversion pipeline
• Handle end-to-end admission process from inquiry to enrollment
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions in CRM systems
• Achieve monthly/quarterly admission targets
• Provide information on courses, fees, eligibility, and career opportunities
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of students
