Role Overview

As an Admission Counsellor, you will be the first strategic touchpoint for future SIRE learners helping them understand their potential, align their goals, and make high-impact career decisions. This role goes beyond sales; it is about consultative guidance, relationship building, and driving meaningful Enrolments.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective learners across multiple channels and build meaningful conversations.
• Understand individual aspirations and guide them toward the right learning pathway.
• Driveend-to-end admission journeys with a consultative and high-value approach.
• Build trust with students and families through clarity, confidence, and professionalism.
• Consistently follow through on leads and nurture them toward decision-making.
• Maintain structured communication and pipeline management through CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

Eligibility

• Should hold any Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 1 year of experience (preferably in counselling/admissions/sales)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic proficiency in CRM tools and Excel
• Must be genuinely interested in working with the institute
• Must have good spoken English skills
