ADMISSION COUNSELLOR (SALES)

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admission Counsellor (Sales) based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Admission Counsellor will engage with prospective students and their families, guiding them through the application and enrollment processes. Responsibilities include building strong relationships with potential users, understanding their educational needs, providing detailed information about Tutopia, answering inquiries, and achieving enrollment targets effectively through strategic sales techniques and excellent customer service.

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills
• Customer Service skills to understand and respond to student and parent inquiries effectively
• Proven experience in Sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• A background in Education or related fields is advantageous
• Self-motivated with problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in relevant sales tools and technology is an advantage
