Job Summary:
We are looking for dynamic and goal-oriented Admission Counsellors (Telecallers) to join our team. The role involves guiding prospective students through the admission process, addressing their queries, and achieving enrollment targets. Candidates with a background in the EdTech or Education sector are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls (100-150 per day) to prospective students and guide them through the admission process.
- Counsel and convert leads into enrollments for various educational programs.
- Maintain clear and effective communication in Hindi (mandatory), with Marathi/Gujarati as a preferred advantage.
- Ensure daily achievement of calling and conversion targets.
- Maintain records and update the CRM system using an Android phone.
- Work towards achieving monthly sales targets and contributing to overall team goals.
- Handle inquiries professionally and provide accurate information about courses, fees, and admission procedures.
Requirements:
- Education: Gradution or 12th Pass
- Experience: 1-1.5 years of stability in an EdTech company or education institute.
- Language Proficiency:
- Hindi: Clear and fluent (Mandatory).
- English: Average communication skills.
- Marathi/Gujarati speakers preferred.
- Technical Requirements:
- Must have a stable internet connection (No compensation provided for internet costs).
- An Android phone is required for CRM access.
Work Details:
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
- Working Days: 6 days a week.
- Target-Oriented Role: Candidates should be comfortable with sales-driven responsibilities and meeting admission targets.
