Admission Counsellor

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admission Counsellor located in Mumbai. Responsibilities include guiding prospective students through the admission process, providing accurate information about academic programs, addressing inquiries, and assisting with application submissions. The Admission Counsellor will also collaborate with the admissions team to meet enrollment targets and build strong relationships with prospective students and their families.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and overall excellent Communication skills
• Customer Service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and empathetically
• Sales skills, including the ability to promote programs and effectively persuade prospective students
• Background, knowledge, or experience in the Education sector
• Proficiency with tools such as CRM systems and MS Office is beneficial
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably related to Education, Marketing, or Business

Salary Range - 4 Lac Per annum
