Role Overview:
We're looking for passionate and dynamic professionals to join upGrad's International Sales team. As an Admissions Counsellor, you will act as a trusted advisor to prospective learners across global markets, guiding them through their career and learning journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel potential learners and guide them in choosing suitable programs for their career goals.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead outreach, product demo, and conversion, to post-sales engagement.
- Achieve weekly targets for enrollments, revenue, and collections.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and CRM database.
- Clearly articulate the value and impact of upGrad's learning solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance learner experience and sales outcomes.
What We're Looking For:
- 25 years of experience in international sales (preferably in EdTech).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of global cultural nuances and student behavior.
- Goal-driven, empathetic, and disciplined professional.
- Proficient with MS Office and familiar with CRM tools.
