Job Description

Job Title: Admissions Counsellor International Sales

Business Unit: Working Professional

Location: Marol Naka, Mumbai (Work from Office)

Salary Range: 6 13 LPA

Working Days: 6 days/week (Some Saturdays may be off based on business feasibility)

Shift Timings:

  • NA/US: 8 PM 5 AM
  • (Timings may vary as per business needs)

Role Overview:

We're looking for passionate and dynamic professionals to join upGrad's International Sales team. As an Admissions Counsellor, you will act as a trusted advisor to prospective learners across global markets, guiding them through their career and learning journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Counsel potential learners and guide them in choosing suitable programs for their career goals.
  • Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead outreach, product demo, and conversion, to post-sales engagement.
  • Achieve weekly targets for enrollments, revenue, and collections.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and CRM database.
  • Clearly articulate the value and impact of upGrad's learning solutions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance learner experience and sales outcomes.

What We're Looking For:

  • 25 years of experience in international sales (preferably in EdTech).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of global cultural nuances and student behavior.
  • Goal-driven, empathetic, and disciplined professional.
  • Proficient with MS Office and familiar with CRM tools.
