Administrator - EndPoint Management

Role Responsibilities:

• Proactively monitor and investigate logs across Windows, VMware, and HyperV environments
• Troubleshoot system issues using internal knowledge bases and implement validated resolutions
• Escalate unresolved or complex problems to L3 SMEs and support third-party vendor coordination
• Maintain accurate ticket documentation, provide shift handover updates, and ensure SLA compliance
• Follow escalation matrices, prepare RCA reports, and ensure issues are closed with proper communication

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science
• Certifications preferred: OS 201, Windows Server Admin, VMware-201
• Strong experience in server patching, antivirus tools, virtualization, and clustering architecture
• Scripting knowledge to automate system monitoring and maintenance tasks
