Senior Administrator - Wintel & Virtualization (WV1)

Role Responsibilities:

• Monitor logs and initiate troubleshooting for Windows, VMWare, and HyperV environments
• Identify issues and implement resolution steps using Knowledge Base articles
• Escalate unresolved issues to L3 SME and support troubleshooting
• Prepare and track tickets for SLA adherence, ensuring timely resolution and closure

Job Requirements:

• Any graduate (Engineering/Science)
• Certification in OS 201 with Windows, Windows Server Administration, Virtualization Fundamentals VMware - 201
• Strong experience in Windows NLB, Clustering, and VMware administration
• Proficiency in monitoring, troubleshooting, and process compliance
