Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Secretary at our office in Coimbatore. The Administrative Secretary will handle daily clerical and administrative tasks such as maintaining records, creating documentation, coordinating schedules, and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include supporting office operations, assisting with communication between departments, organizing meetings, and maintaining effective workflows to ensure the smooth functioning of the office.

Qualifications

  • Strong clerical skills for maintaining records and performing general office tasks
  • Proven experience in administrative assistance and scheduling
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in customer service and an ability to handle inquiries professionally
  • Familiarity with office software and tools such as word processors, spreadsheets, and scheduling software
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field
  • Prior experience in a real estate or property management setting is a plus
