Oversee all aspects of guest house operations, including room allocation, employee check-ins/check-outs, housekeeping, maintenance, and vendor coordination
Maintain an updated reservation system and occupancy log, ensuring appropriate documentation for all employees.
Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the guesthouse and common areas.
Liaise with suppliers for housekeeping supplies, food services, and other guest house needs.
Maintain accurate records and filing systems for administrative documents, contracts, policies, and standard operating procedures
Maintain and manage the organisation's vehicle fleet, including allocation, scheduling, and usage tracking.
Coordinate with drivers and maintain accurate logs of vehicle movements, fuel consumption, and maintenance records.
