Job Title: Admin Executive School
Job Summary
The Admin Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day administrative operations of the school, ensuring smooth coordination between staff, parents, vendors, and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment process, onboarding, and staff documentation.
- Manage staff attendance, records, and exit formalities.
- Handle procurement of stationery, supplies, printing, and vendor coordination.
- Support fee tracking, reminders, and system updates.
- Prepare Bonafide, Transfer Certificates, and maintain student records.
- Coordinate transport, parent communication, and portal-related queries.
- Assist in organizing school events, field trips, and celebrations.
- Support Principal in meetings and administrative documentation.
- Ensure proper record keeping, compliance, and follow-ups.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2+ years of administrative experience (school experience preferred but not mandatory).
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and school ERP systems (preferred but not mandatory)
- Previous experience in administrative roles, particularly in educational institutions, is a plus.
