Job Title: Admin & Facility Management Executive

Location: Okhla, New Delhi

Experience: 13 years

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin & Facility Management Executive to manage day-to-day administrative operations, ensure smooth functioning of office facilities, and support internal teams. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, efficient, and capable of independently handling routine admin responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Facility & Office Management

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure all facilities are functioning efficiently.
  • Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping, security, repairs, and maintenance.
  • Manage office assets, inventory, and procurement of supplies.
  • Ensure office cleanliness, hygiene, and safety compliance.

Administrative Support

  • Handle travel arrangements, meeting room bookings, and logistics for internal events.
  • Manage front-desk activities when required.
  • Oversee courier, mail management, and document handling.
  • Maintain records, databases, and admin-related documentation.

Vendor & Compliance Coordination

  • Manage vendor contracts, quotations, negotiations, and payments.
  • Ensure timely renewals of AMC, utility bills, office licenses, etc.
  • Coordinate with building management on facility-related issues.

Employee Support

  • Assist employees with admin queries and ensure smooth onboarding support.
  • Maintain ID cards, access cards, and seating allocations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 12 years of experience in admin and facility management roles.
  • Good understanding of office operations and vendor management.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
