Job Description

Hiring: Administrative Assistant

Location: Indirapuram (On-site)

Working: 6 Days a Week

Experience: 1–3 Years

Language: Fluent in English

This role requires someone who can multitask efficiently and perform under pressure while ensuring smooth day-to-day execution. This role is for someone who can take ownership, manage multiple priorities, and ensure things get done — not just planned.

You will be responsible for end-to-end task execution, coordination, and follow-ups — ensuring that every task assigned is completed on time and reported back with clarity.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Work closely with me on day-to-day task execution across all businesses
  2. Coordinate and follow up with internal teams and external stakeholders
  3. Ensure tasks are completed on time and properly tracked
  4. Maintain clear updates and report progress regularly
  5. Handle emails, calls, scheduling, and communication
  6. Assist in operations, reporting, and documentation
  7. Identify gaps and ensure nothing falls through the cracks

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong administrative and coordination skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Experience in executive assistance or operations support
  • Ability to multitask and work under high pressure
  • Strong ownership mindset and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
  • Based in or near Indirapuram / East Delhi / Noida
