Job Description Admin + HR
We are looking to hire an Admin + HR Executive for our organization D S Mittle, Tardeo-Mumbai. Since we are an advertisement agency, your role would be to manage day-to-day administrative operations, coordinate office activities, and handle the HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and employee engagement.
Admin + HR Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage general administrative operations of the office.
Maintain employee records (attendance, leaves, personal files, etc.).
Handle recruitment processes sourcing, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Coordinate with external vendors for office supplies, maintenance, and service requirements.
Ensure smooth functioning of office infrastructure and support systems.
Draft letters, circulars, and internal communication as required.
Conduct orientation and assist in employee training & development activities.
Assist the management with HR policies, performance tracking, and compliance documentation.
Admin + HR Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
12 years of experience in Administration and HR (experience in an Advertising/Media agency preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Job Type: Full-time
Work Timings: 10.30 am to 6.30 pm
Work Days: Monday Friday (Occasionally working on Saturday)
Salary: 18,000 24,000 per month (Based on experience)
Schedule: Day shift
Education: Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience: 12 years (Admin + HR)
Language: English & Hindi (Fluent English is a must for this role)
