Job Description

We are looking for a Studio Manager & Executive Assistant to work closely with our Founder and manage the day-to-day rhythm of our creative studio. This is not a conventional admin role, it's a blend of operations, coordination, and trusted right-hand support.

Mumbai (Andheri East, Wework raheja center)| Full-time | Thought and Found

Office timing- 9:30 to 6:30

Working days- Monday to Friday in office, Saturday work from home

Salary- depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Work directly with the Founder to manage schedules, priorities, and follow-ups
  • Ensure seamless coordination across projects, teams, clients, and external partners
  • Take complete ownership of follow-ups, the most critical part of the role
  • Manage office operations, vendor coordination, and administrative workflows
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Support with travel, logistics, and occasional personal tasks for the Founder
  • Keep the studio organized and efficient, from calendars to client presentations

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: 35 years in a similar role (Studio Manager, Executive Assistant, Secretary, or Office Coordinator; supporting founders/senior leadership preferred)
  • Education: Graduate from a Secretarial College or equivalent professional training

Skills:

  • Exceptional follow-up skills (non-negotiable)
  • Strong MS Office knowledge (Excel & Word essential)
  • Strong command of English (written & spoken)
  • Shorthand skills are an advantage

Personal Qualities:

  • Honest, stable, and dependable
  • Grounded, detail-oriented personality focused on efficiency
  • Living within 45 minutes of ville parle
  • Open to blending professional and occasional personal support
