We are looking for a Studio Manager & Executive Assistant to work closely with our Founder and manage the day-to-day rhythm of our creative studio. This is not a conventional admin role, it's a blend of operations, coordination, and trusted right-hand support.

Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with the Founder to manage schedules, priorities, and follow-ups
- Ensure seamless coordination across projects, teams, clients, and external partners
- Take complete ownership of follow-ups, the most critical part of the role
- Manage office operations, vendor coordination, and administrative workflows
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Support with travel, logistics, and occasional personal tasks for the Founder
- Keep the studio organized and efficient, from calendars to client presentations
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 35 years in a similar role (Studio Manager, Executive Assistant, Secretary, or Office Coordinator; supporting founders/senior leadership preferred)
- Education: Graduate from a Secretarial College or equivalent professional training
Skills:
- Exceptional follow-up skills (non-negotiable)
- Strong MS Office knowledge (Excel & Word essential)
- Strong command of English (written & spoken)
- Shorthand skills are an advantage
