Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant, located in New Delhi. The Administrative Assistant will handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing schedules, maintaining records, and supporting executives with clerical duties. Additionally, the role requires professional communication via phone and email, as well as assisting with general office management.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
- Strong Executive Administrative Assistance capabilities
- Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Time management and organizational skills with an eye for detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site environment
- Familiarity with standard office software and tools
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
