Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for an Administrative Assistant. The individual will handle a variety of administrative and clerical tasks such as managing schedules, organizing meetings, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth office operations. Responsibilities include phone handling, responding to inquiries, providing assistance to executives, and contributing to the effective management of daily administrative activities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance tasks
- Strong Clerical Skills, including organizing, record-keeping, and scheduling
- Effective Communication and excellent Phone Etiquette skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
- Proficiency in office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, scheduling software)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration, office management, or a related field
- Prior experience in administrative support or a similar role is preferred
