Job Title: Admin Executive
Location: Chennai(Work From Office)
Role Overview
The Admin Executive will manage day-to-day office administration and facility operations to
ensure a safe, efficient, and employee-friendly workplace. The role supports smooth business
operations through vendor management, asset control, employee support, and compliance in
a fast-paced IT environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage office facilities, infrastructure, seating, hygiene, and maintenance
- Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping, security, pantry, transport, repairs, and
services
- Handle asset and inventory management in coordination with IT and Finance
- Support employee onboarding/offboarding (access cards, seating, assets)
- Act as first point of contact for employee admin-related queries
- Coordinate employee transport, travel logistics, and visitor management (if applicable)
- Ensure compliance with safety, fire, and statutory requirements
- Assist in organizing employee events, health checkups, and engagement
activities
- Track admin expenses, verify bills, and support budget adherence
- Good experience in HR Operations is a Plus
- Maintain MIS reports, documentation, and records

Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 25 years of experience in Administration / Facilities role
- Experience in IT / corporate office environment preferred
