Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office administration and facility-related activities
- Handle documentation, records, and filing (physical and digital)
- Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, maintenance, and services
- Support HR and finance teams with basic administrative tasks
- Manage calendars, meeting arrangements, and internal coordination
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and administrative procedures
