Job Description

Responsibility-

  • Daily Facility Round and ensuring upkeep of facility
  • Ensure Repairs & Maintenance activities are tracked and closed within SLAs
  • Cafeteria operations monitoring
  • Vendor Management & development
  • Processing of invoices & ensure follow up with Finance team for timely vendor payments
  • Procurement of Admin Materials
  • Inventory to be maintained for all consumables like, HK material, Pantry material etc.
  • Ensure all vendor compliance documents are timely updated
  • ID, Access card management
  • Courier Management
  • Travel desk & Guest House Management
  • Client visits & Expat Management
