Job Description
- Design Engineer – Instrumentation
Key Responsibilities
- - Experience / exposure to basic and detailed engineering of Instrumentation, Control & Automation
- - Knowledge of P&ID preparation
- - Knowledge of PLC, SCADA systems, field instruments, control & signal cabling, instrument hook-up, preparation of control philosophy of various electrical mechanical system, I/O schedules, System Architecture, Preparation of J.B. Schedules, Interlock & Alarm Schedules, UPS Sizing
- - Facility management like fire alarm system, CCTV, access control system, in-plant communication / addressing system,
- - Preparation of BOQ with specification, operation Philosophy
- - HAZOP, Hazardous area Classification
- - Technical evaluation of Vendor offers, interfacing with electrical etc. as per the treatment process requirement in water & effluent treatment plants
Qualifications
- - BE / B Tech Instrumentation with 4 - 7 years of experience in Design/Design Review
- - Proficient in using various Indian design codes and standards.
- - Experience of working in EPC / consultancy organization.
- - Experience in water/wastewater treatment sector preferred.
