Job description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT roles, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update HR records and employee documentation.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and training programs.
- Handle payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management
- Resolve employee queries and support the HR team in daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Knowledge of IT roles and technical requirements is an advantage.
