Purpose of the Role
The Senior Management Consultant is responsible for driving end-to-end organizational transformation across client businesses through structured HR implementation, process automation, and strategic growth initiatives. The role focuses on improving operational efficiency, building scalable systems, and enabling sustainable business performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Transformation
• Implement structured HR frameworks including Job Descriptions (JDs), Key Result Areas (KRAs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and reporting structures
• Design and deploy performance management systems including appraisal frameworks
• Drive organizational culture initiatives aligned with business goals
• Identify gaps in HR processes and implement continuous improvement strategies
2. Business Automation
• Develop and standardize SOPs across departments to ensure process consistency
• Lead implementation of business software systems for operational efficiency
• Automate manual workflows and introduce system-driven tracking mechanisms
• Design and implement end-to-end checklists for process monitoring and control
3. Strategic Growth
• Execute business growth strategies in alignment with client objectives
• Train and mentor client sales teams for improved performance and accountability
• Conduct weekly client meetings for progress review and strategic alignment
• Drive execution through junior consultants and ensure task completion discipline
Required Qualifications & Competencies
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, HR, or related field
• Strong understanding of HR systems, business processes, and automation tools
• Proven experience in consulting, process improvement, or organizational development
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Leadership capability to drive teams and manage client expectations
