Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the calendar, meetings, travel, and daily schedule.
- Coordinate internal/external communication and followups.
- Prepare reports, presentations, minutes, and business documents.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Support strategic initiatives, project tracking, and crossdepartment coordination.
- Ensure timely completion of tasks, reminders, and key deliverables for the CEO.
Ideal Candidate
- 2+ years of experience in executive assistance, or high-touch support roles in the hospitality industry.
- Prior experience supporting founders, senior leaders, or high-profile individuals preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maturity.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Proficient in English and Hindi (spoken and written).
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-responsibility environments.
- Willingness to travel as required and adapt to dynamic schedules.
- Hospitality exposure is a plus (hotel management, lifestyle management, or similar roles).
- Diploma or degree from hospitality institutes (e.g., OCLD) is an added advantage.
- Minimum 90% or 9.5 CGPA in Class 10
- Strong academic track record preferred, reflecting discipline, consistency, and attention to detail
Working Style & Reporting
- Reports to the Founder.
- Open to travel, including short notice travel when required.
- Requires high levels of trust, discretion and reliability.
- Flexibility in working hours is essential.
- Confidentiality and professionalism are non-negotiable.
