Key Responsibilities
Project Lifecycle Management
- Perform a wide range of project administration activities for assigned teams following established procedures.
- Support project entry, BOM ordering, invoicing, reporting, and project closure processes.
- Ensure all project closure documentation complies with company policies and financial requirements.
Data Handling & Reporting
- Collect, consolidate, and summarize data to support order entry and project execution.
- Generate accurate project usage and performance reports using ERP systems.
- Maintain scheduled and ad-hoc reporting requirements for stakeholders.
ERP & System Operations
- Execute transactions in ERP systems (SAP / IFS preferred).
- Validate documentation prior to system entry or processing.
- Provide pricing and availability information in coordination with internal planning teams.
- Ensure accuracy in system updates and data integrity.
Material & Order Support
- Perform material tracking, shipping, and receiving activities as required.
- Support expediting of orders to meet customer deadlines and reduce service delays.
- Assist in managing backorders and ensuring timely fulfillment.
Invoicing & Financial Support
- Support invoice generation and ensure compliance with project and finance guidelines.
- Validate billing-related documents prior to processing.
- Ensure accuracy in financial reporting related to projects.
Issue Resolution & Process Support
- Resolve routine project-related issues using defined business rules and guidelines.
- Escalate complex issues to team leads when necessary.
- Support continuous improvement of project tracking and reporting processes.
