Our platform, XpertCoding, applies ensemble machine learning and transformer neural networks to automatically assign ICD and CPT codes, improving accuracy, compliance, and revenue cycle efficiency. We work with large-scale clinical data, including EHRs, clinical notes, and claims, to reduce errors and costs while enabling physicians to focus on patient care. As a small, fast-moving team, every engineer directly impacts production systems and customer outcomes.

Role Overview

XpertDox is seeking an experienced and execution-driven Director of Program Management to own and scale program execution across the organization. This role will be responsible for end-to-end program governance, operational excellence, and cross-functional alignment, ensuring that all initiatives—especially ticket-driven delivery work—are executed with speed, quality, and accountability. This leader will define processes, standards, and metrics, manage program managers/coordinators, and act as the single point of truth for execution health across XpertDox. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, capable of driving outcomes in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.

Key Responsibilities

Program Execution & Client Onboarding Leadership

• Own and manage the full onboarding lifecycle, from kickoff through validation, go-live, and scale-up.
• Drive smooth, timely go-lives by identifying risks and resolving blockers before they impact delivery.
• Lead post–go-live execution to support scaling, stabilization, and continuous improvement.

Ticket & Workflow Ownership

• Provide complete ownership and oversight of the ticket-based execution model.
• Ensure every ticket has a clear owner, scope, and next steps before progressing through stages.
• Monitor ticket aging, dependencies, and bottlenecks; drive corrective actions to maintain momentum.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Partner closely with Technical, Operations, and Client-facing teams to ensure alignment on priorities.
• Act as the central coordination point between internal teams to deliver high-quality client outcomes.
• Hold teams accountable while fostering a collaborative, execution-focused culture.

Reporting & Executive Communication

• Provide clear, regular execution updates to the COO and leadership team.
• Maintain visibility into program health, risks, timelines, and capacity using data-driven reporting.
• Proactively escalate issues with clear recommendations and resolution plans.

Qualifications & Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, or Operations.
• Experience in SaaS and healthcare technology.
• Proven experience owning client onboarding, implementation, or go-live programs.
• Strong understanding of ticket-based workflows and execution tracking.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple parallel programs.
