attnCapital is hiring two (2) full-time, remote Ad Operations Managers to coordinate campaigns between advertisers and publishers across our fast-growing performance marketing company.
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for advertiser creative approvals, help onboard new advertisers, ensure creative assets meet company standards and compliance requirements, and QA campaigns in Meta (and soon TikTok).
Since launching in December 2024, attnCapital has quickly scaled a social whitelisting network to over 500 advertisers and publishers. To support this lightening-fast growth, we are looking for a responsive, organized, and detail-oriented Ad Operations Manager to serve as the bridge between our advertisers and publishers.
This is a communication and execution heavy role. Our advertisers and publishers do not communicate directly – all communication runs through attnCapital. Because of this, the customer experience for both advertisers and publishers is heavily dependent on this role and the excellent service you provide.
This role sits at the heart of our company's operations, with direct visibility across the business. You will have the opportunity to work directly with the founders and shareholders of the company. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Responsibilities:
- Email and Slack Communications. Organize, monitor, and respond to daily advertiser and publisher communications in Slack and email. Consistently follow up with advertisers and publishers and escalate issues when necessary.
- Advertiser Onboarding. Coordinating account access from advertisers, partnership tag requests from advertiser to publisher, outlining testing plan for advertisers and which publishers to test, setting up advertisers in internal creative portal and tracking tools.
- Account management. Oversee approximately 50-100 advertiser accounts. Grant account access to approved publishers and maintain an understanding of each advertiser's target demographics and spending behavior. When advertisers want to increase spend, suggest publishers likely to perform well with their audience.
- Creative Approvals. Prepare and send creative preview links from advertisers to publishers for approval. Follow up with publishers to confirm approval or feedback. Share approval decisions and feedback with advertisers. Update campaign trackers with the appropriate statuses such as creative sent, approval received, and campaign launched.
- Compliance Reviews. Pre-screen advertiser creatives for compliance and brand guideline adherence before sending them to publishers for review. Provide feedback to advertisers when revisions are required.
- Campaign Support and Oversight. Perform QA on campaigns to ensure correct naming conventions are used, campaigns are captured by internal reporting tools, and data is flowing correctly across systems. As needed as part of a semi-managed service offering, set up campaign and ad set shells for advertisers and ensure campaigns are structured according to best practices and internal standards.
- Troubleshooting. Resolve issues related to partnership tags and publisher access. Support advertisers and publishers in getting campaigns live on publisher handles.
- Advertiser Spend Reporting. Review advertiser accounts and spend data weekly. Identify performance trends or growth opportunities and report them to the appropriate team members.
- Portal Adoption. Support the rollout of our advertiser and publisher portal where creatives will be submitted and approved directly. Guide clients through the transition and help drive adoption of the portal across advertisers and publishers.
Results:
- Email and Slack Communications. During working hours, respond to advertisers within 1 hour. Follow all communication expectations.
- Creative Approvals. Publisher approval on creative submissions exceeds 95%.
- Campaign Oversight. All naming conventions are used correctly and data flows across systems at all times. When issues are identified, they are solved quickly without management's intervention.
- Troubleshooting. Advertiser issues resolved same business day, and within 1-2 hours for high priority accounts, with minimal support from management.
- Advertiser Spend. Within 90 days of starting, at least 1 advertiser increases spend as a direct result of either a publisher recommendation you make to them or a report that you submitted to management that results in management persuading the advertiser to increase spend. Continue to make recommendations that result in increased spend.
Requirements:
- Digital Marketing Experience. 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
- Meta Ads Experience. Familiarity with Meta ad accounts and advertising tools. Experience running campaigns is not required, but candidates should be comfortable navigating Meta accounts, reviewing campaign data, and performing QA. Experience with TikTok is a plus.
- Tech Tools. Comfortable with project management softwares like Asana. Efficient user of slack, GSuite, and especially Google Sheets / Excel.
- Organization. Plans, organizes, and prioritizes work in an efficient and productive manner. Able to manage and organize a high volume of communications while maintaining focus on key priorities.
- Attention to Detail. Maintains a high level of accuracy and does not allow important details to slip through the cracks. Able to follow instructions and detailed processes with minimal mistakes.
- Proactivity and Persistence. Takes initiative without needing to be told what to do. Demonstrates persistence and follows up consistently until issues are resolved or properly escalated.
- Service-Oriented. Demonstrates a strong customer-first mindset. Treats clients with respect, addresses issues with urgency, and takes pride in delivering an excellent customer experience.
- High Standards. Holds themselves and their teammates to a high standard of performance and execution. Strives for consistent excellence in their work.
Communication Expectations:
- Timely Comms. Do not allow any emails or slack messages to go unanswered for more than 1 business day or as specified elsewhere.
- Call Comms. Speaks clearly and articulately without being overly verbose or talkative. Comes prepared to calls with questions and ideas written out beforehand to reduce back and forth on meetings.
- Written Comms. Deep respect for grammar and syntax. All written comms directed at external stakeholders, including slacks, use proper spelling, grammar, and syntax. No exceptions.
Salary & Benefits:
- $18,000 to $24,000 USD per year starting based on experience.
- Remote work
- Flexible PTO
- Medical benefits
- Skill development
- Interaction with company owners and executives
