Overview

As a Adops, Manager you will manage the execution of Ad Tech and Ad Ops projects on behalf of our team, as well as providing technical support to the Agency channel teams globally. Your core tasks include integrating tech stacks, building data collection frameworks, delivering best practice Ad Ops processes, and finding solutions to complex data and tech requests. The role will also include working collaboratively on many exciting data projects with the wider Marketing technology and Data Science teams, and our in-house developers.

Most importantly this role requires you to demonstrate a passion for technology, data and an aptitude for picking up new systems.

Responsibilities

  • Take a key role in executing Ad Tech stack integrations.
  • CM360 advertiser and account configuration for brands/markets and user access management
  • Champion best practice Ad Ops processes and procedures for both clients and Agency channel teams by following Standard naming conventions for advertisers, campaigns, placements, and creatives
  • Setup and troubleshooting of floodlight activities, Impression and click tracking in CM360.
  • Define data collection and setup standard CM360 reporting frameworks to achieve clients data strategies.
  • Support with basic to advanced reporting on unique reach, overlap reach and Path to conversion reporting
  • Provide specialist knowledge on Ad Tech platforms to support cross-channel projects and decision making at all levels.
  • Act as a primary escalation point for technical troubleshooting across all channels with regards to Ad Tech platform integrations and usage.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 6 + year s 0f experience working with Ad Tech platforms, especially GMP Campaign Manager, ad verification platforms, CMP's , DSPs
  • Understanding of current and future challenges and limitations to the Ad Tech landscape, e.g. GDPR, Cookies, User IDs
  • Confidence in troubleshooting common Ad Op's issues, such as creative tag or pixel implementation issues, and Ad Tech issues, such as platform integration
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts, document processes and drive best practices to wider business
  • Strong organization and time management skills, detail oriented and able to work independently
  • A proven working knowledge of the digital Ad Technology ecosystem and digital advertising concepts and strategies
  • Experience designing 3rd party media tagging strategies to collect data for media activations
  • Prior experience in a Digital Ad Ops or Ad Trafficking role
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

Preferable Skills

  • Experience integration ad tech platforms, such as ad servers, ad verification partners, DSP's, DMP's, CMP's etc
  • Understanding of dynamic creative, feeds, and decision trees
  • Implementation knowledge of Ad Servers, DSP's DMP's and CDP's
  • Understanding of Tag Management Systems
  • Experience in reporting, attribution and analytics tools
  • Cross channel campaign enablement across DV360, Google Ads Display/YouTube, and Meta
