We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Acquisition Agent Land & Property to support the identification, evaluation, and acquisition of land and property opportunities. The role involves researching potential sites, liaising with landowners and agents, conducting preliminary due diligence, and assisting senior team members through the acquisition process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential land and property acquisition opportunities through UK market research, networking, and site visits.
- Assist in sourcing UK development sites through agents, landowners, developers, and other industry contacts.
- Conduct initial feasibility assessments including location, planning potential, and market demand.
- Support the preparation of acquisition proposals, financial summaries, and internal reports.
- Maintain and update a pipeline of potential acquisition opportunities.
- Coordinate with planning consultants, legal teams, surveyors, and external advisors during the acquisition process.
- Assist in negotiating purchase terms under the guidance of senior acquisition managers.
- Monitor local property markets and planning developments to identify new opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of communications, site information, and acquisition progress.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in UK Real Estate, Property Management, Business, Urban Planning, or related field (preferred).
- 13 years of experience in property, real estate, land acquisition, or property research (preferred but not essential).
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build relationships with agents, landowners, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
