Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across all departments and levels.
- Source, interview, assess, and select candidates to fill open positions with a primary focus on functional, IT and Non-IT positions
- Understand each job role, its requirements, and industry standards/trends to ensure the best fit.
- Conduct market research to identify differences in similar job offerings and recommend logical improvements during hiring discussions.
- Review and screen applications to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through job postings, referrals, and headhunting to meet hiring goals efficiently.
- Maintain proper tracking of shortlisted candidates and ensure timely closure for every open position.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and discussions between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage offer rollouts and closure processes for selected candidates while ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
Qualifications & Skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Strong emotional intelligence and candidate relationship management skills.
- 25 years of experience in both IT and non-IT recruitment, preferably as a strategic hiring partner.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Experience conducting offer negotiations and compensation & benefits discussions.
- Proficient in MS Excel, ATS systems, and web-based recruitment tools.
- Skilled in sourcing candidates through online and offline channels.
- Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills with attention to detail in documentation.
- Analytical and logical thinker, open to unorthodox but effective recruitment approaches.
- Experience in volume and niche hiring is required.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong interpersonal relationships across all organizational levels.
