Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounts Receivable Specialist based in Mumbai. The role involves managing and overseeing accounts receivable processes, including preparing and issuing invoices, tracking payments, and following up with clients for outstanding balances. The specialist will also be responsible for reconciling accounts, maintaining accurate financial records, generating reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations. Additionally, the role includes collaborating with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and provide financial insights.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in accounts receivable processes, invoicing, and payment tracking
• Strong skills in financial reporting, account reconciliation, and bookkeeping
• Knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance standards
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with clients and internal teams
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Experience in logistics or transportation industry would be an advantage
