Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable (AP) with a background in the electronics manufacturing industry.
Qualifications· Education: B.COM /M.COM from reputed institute
· Experience: Minimum 4 years in an electronics manufacturing industry
Roles & Responsibilities
l Receive, verify, and process vendor invoices.
l Match invoices with purchase orders (POs), delivery notes, and contracts.
l Ensure pricing, quantities, and terms align with purchase orders.
l Maintain vendor master data and ensure accurate payment information.
l Coordinate with vendors to resolve discrepancies, disputes, or missing documentation.
l Ensure vendors are paid on time to maintain healthy supplier relationships.
l Prepare and process weekly/monthly payments (cheques, NEFT, RTGS, etc.).
l Reconcile accounts payable transactions with the general ledger.
l Monitor and reconcile vendor statements.
l Ensure compliance with tax laws (e.g., GST, TDS in India) and internal policies.
l Maintain records for audit and internal control purposes.
l Support statutory and internal audits by providing necessary documentation.
