JOB BRIEF

1. Job Title :- Accounts & Operations Executive (Events & Hospitality)

2. Department :- Accounts & Finance / Operations Support

3. Hierarchy Level :- Executive Level

4. Gender Preference :- Open (Male / Female)

5. Age Preference :- 25 to 35 Years

6. Pay Structure :- ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on Experience & Skills)

7. Reporting To :- CEO / Director

8. Job Location :- Attapur, Hyderabad

9. Employment Type :- Full-Time

10. Working Hours :- 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

JOB SUMMARY

Maagoi India is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts & Operations Executive to manage accounting, vendor coordination, quotations, billing, GST compliance, and event-related procurement. The candidate should preferably have experience in hospitality, events, resorts, hotels, or corporate sectors and must be capable of handling end-to-end financial and operational coordination for residential meetings, conferences, and corporate events across India and international destinations.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally.
  2. Prepare client quotations for residential meetings, conferences, and corporate events (Domestic & International).
  3. Coordinate with hotels, resorts, venues, and event vendors for rates, bookings, and negotiations.
  4. Manage event-related purchases and procurement requirements.
  5. Prepare event billing, invoices, and post-event financial summaries.
  6. Handle GST filing, tax compliance, and accounting documentation.
  7. Prepare MIS reports and financial performance reports.
  8. Draft and send professional emails to corporate clients, vendors, and partners.
  9. Maintain vendor accounts, payment follow-ups, and reconciliations.
  10. Support management with operational coordination and event financial planning.

EDUCATION

Minimum Education :- B.Com / M.Com / Graduate in Commerce / M.B. A. Finance

Technical Qualification :- CA Inter / Accounting Certification / Tally Certification (Preferred)

EXPERIENCE

Minimum Experience :- 3 to 5 Years

Preferred Industry Background :- Hotels / Resorts / Event Management / Hospitality / Corporate Sector

BEHAVIOURAL & TECHNICAL SKILLS

  1. Strong knowledge of Tally and accounting principles.
  2. Good knowledge of GST filing and taxation.
  3. Strong negotiation skills.
  4. Vendor management and coordination skills.
  5. Excellent quotation preparation and billing skills.
  6. Knowledge of event-related purchasing and procurement.
  7. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
  8. Good typing speed and documentation skills.
  9. Strong email drafting and communication skills.
  10. Fluent in English (Reading, Writing & Speaking).
  11. Good analytical and MIS reporting skills.
  12. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

PREFERRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Candidate with hospitality/event industry exposure will be preferred.

• Candidate should be willing to work from office (Attapur, Hyderabad).

• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
