Key Deliverables

• Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, exit formalities, transfers, and documentation

• Respond to employee queries regarding policies, attendance, and HR processes, escalating as necessary

• Maintain HR systems, generate reports, and ensure compliance with audit and statutory requirements

• Drive policy development and review in coordination with leadership and legal teams
