Job Description
We are looking for a
highly skilled Accounts Manager with a Digital Marketing background to manage client relationships, oversee campaign performance, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, and the ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business goals and marketing objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Oversee the execution and performance of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, social media, and performance marketing.
- Coordinate with internal teams (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content, and Design) to ensure campaign success and timely delivery.
- Monitor key KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize client revenue.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging digital marketing strategies, and platform updates.
- Ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns, resolving issues, and maintaining smooth communication.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing account management.
- Strong understanding of SEO, PPC (Google & Meta Ads), Social Media Marketing, and Analytics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and strategize improvements.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and CRM tools.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously.
- Prior experience in a digital marketing agency is a plus.
