Accounting & Reporting
- Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual balance sheets, P&L statements, and cash flow statements as per IND-AS.
- Oversee record keeping, general ledger maintenance, and proper documentation of all financial transactions.
- Ensure timely closure of books and accuracy of financial data.
Finance & Operations
- Manage day-to-day banking operations, including payments, vendor payouts, fund management, and reconciliations.
- Handle insurance-related activities including renewals, claims, and coordination with insurance partners.
- Support overall financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls.
Taxation & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and all statutory regulations.
- Coordinate with auditors for internal, statutory, and tax audits.
- Maintain proper documentation for regulatory filings and assessments.
Process Improvement
- Streamline accounting processes, improve financial workflows, and enhance reporting accuracy.
- Implement best practices in financial management and internal controls.
