Position Overview:

The Accounts Executive is responsible for managing and expanding client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a strategic approach to account management, and a proactive mindset.

Required Skills:

Full-fledged knowledge in Tally


Preferred Skills:

Knowledge on GST, TDS, E-invoicing, Financials, Cash flow & Finalization.

Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.

Problem-solving attitude and proactive approach to challenges.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting and compliance roles.

Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Requirements

Job Description: -

Accounting Management:

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and financial statements.

Finalize balance sheets and ensure compliance with statutory accounting standards.

Compliance and Statutory Obligations:

Ensure compliance with income tax, TDS, sales tax, service tax, PF, and ESI regulations.

Prepare and submit necessary reports to STPI and other regulatory bodies.

Reporting and Analysis:

Prepare periodic financial reports and management information systems (MIS) reports for internal stakeholders.

Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Organizational Support:

Support organizational goals by maintaining strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
