About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, full time Accounts Executive with strong expertise in accounting operations and TDS compliance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Zoho Books and Tally, with the ability to manage daily accounting functions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and book entries
- Prepare and file TDS returns and ensure all compliance requirements are met
- Perform ledger maintenance, bank reconciliation, and journal entries
- Manage invoicing, billing, and expense tracking
- Utilize Zoho Books and Tally for all accounting activities
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders as required
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards and statutory regulations
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of Accounts and TDS compliance
- Practical experience with Zoho Books and Tally
- Strong numerical accuracy and analytical skills
- Good communication and organizational abilities
