Job Title: Accounts Executive

Experience: 2–3 Years

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in accounting, taxation, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in accounting software like Zoho and Tally, and possess strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping records
  • Handle accounting entries, journal postings, and ledger scrutiny
  • Work extensively on Zoho Books and Tally ERP for accounting operations
  • Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliation, etc.)
  • Manage TDS compliance, including deduction, payment, and return filing
  • Assist in Income Tax return (ITR) preparation and filing
  • Perform bank reconciliations and vendor/customer reconciliations
  • Prepare MIS reports and financial summaries for management
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and timelines
  • Assist in audits (internal/statutory) and provide necessary documentation
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field
  • 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience
  • Strong working knowledge of:
  • Zoho Books
  • Tally ERP
  • GST and TDS regulations
  • Income Tax basics
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas)
  • Good understanding of accounting principles and standards
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks

Good to Have (Preferred Skills):

  • Experience in Zoho ecosystem (Zoho Expense, Zoho Inventory, etc.)
  • Exposure to payroll processing and compliance (PF, ESIC)
  • Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting
  • Familiarity with audit processes and internal controls
  • Experience in handling vendor payments and invoice processing
