Job Summary
The role involves managing and executing a variety of financial and administrative tasks to ensure smooth accounting operations.
Nature of Work
This position reports to a Head - Finance. This includes recording purchases, sales, reimbursements, and bank transactions in Tally, as well as preparing essential documents such as purchase orders, sales invoices, quotations, and delivery challans. The role also entails creating bank payment files and managing documentation for foreign payments, demonstrating a focus on accuracy and compliance.
Duties
- Record and maintain purchases, sales, reimbursements, and bank entries using Tally software.
- Generate purchase orders, sales invoices, quotations, and delivery challans as required.
- Prepare and manage bank files for processing payments.
- Handle and ensure accurate documentation for international transactions and payments.
- Compute and update inventory details on a monthly basis for accurate tracking and reporting.
- Organize and maintain files related to accounts, legal matters, and compliance.
- Oversee petty cash disbursements and manage other bank-related activities effectively.
